Shipping & Delivery
Shipments are sent through the United States Postal Service. All orders over $20 are eligible to receive Free Shipping when shipped to the United States. Tech Center Games currently processes and ships in the United States of America, Canada, Mexico, Japan,  Australia and most of Europe. A variable rate shipping fee may be applied on a per order basis for faster shipping options and is selectable during checkout.
Product Listings
All product pictures are of the actual item being sold unless otherwise noted. Please review the item's picture, condition, blemishes and included items to make sure what you receive is what you are expecting. This information can be found on each product page under the heading "Additional Information." We make every effort to note the overall condition of the item and any individual blemishes that are present. Pictures of game backs are not included unless there are visible defects. We do this because all the backs look the same in their original condition.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with the item you have receive, simply return it under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you would like to return an item, please contact us so we can issue an RMA for your return. If in the event of a shipping error you receive the wrong product, please contact us so a replacement may be issued. In the case of a replacement  being issued, the original shipment must be returned to Tech Center Games. Products which have had their original product packaging altered or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or replacement.
Ordering
To order, simply add the items to your cart you wish to purchase and click the Checkout link at the top of every page or "Checkout Now" from the shopping cart. Orders may take 1 to 2 business days from the time we receive your order until the item is shipped, but most will ship the next day. Your order status is updated through email and available on the My Account dashboard for registered customers. When your order has shipped you will receive confirmation of shipment with an expected arrival date, if available.
Payment & Pricing
Payment can be made through our website using a credit card or your PayPal account. Prices shown do not include shipping charges or tax, if applicable. Your order total will be displayed in your cart and checkout before any payment is made. To ensure the most accurate shipping cost and to avoid any delays, please make sure your address information is current by visiting the My Account page.
Accounts and Guest Checkout
Registration is not necessary to purchase. To checkout without registration click the Checkout link at the top of every page or "Checkout Now" from the shopping cart. If you would like to review your past orders and save billing and shipping information for future orders, please visit the Create New Customer Account page and register or a free account. With a free customer account you will be able to view past orders, edit your addresses for quick checkout, create a wishlist of those items you like and save items in your cart for future purchase.
Viewing Orders
Orders can be viewed by registered users by visiting the My Account page and selecting My Orders. You will also receive order updates through the email address you have registered your account with. Guests will receive email updates about their order through the email used during checkout. Your email address will only be used to contact you about your order. Updating Account Information
To change the name, address and password in your account information, please visit the My Account page and select the "edit" links next to the corresponding information.
